Privacy policy

The DeployKit operator, is responsible for the data processed by the DeployKit service.

What we process

• Purchase and entitlement references supplied by Polar, such as order, customer, and license identifiers, and contact details needed to provide the product.
• Service request details you submit through Tally: contact email, company, country, VAT identifier, requested service, and your description.
• When you explicitly enable sandbox telemetry: a random installation identifier, measurement time, CPU usage, memory usage and capacity, and disk usage and capacity.
• Limited technical logs needed to operate the service and investigate faults or abuse. Incoming network requests necessarily expose a source IP to the hosting infrastructure.

The telemetry payload does not include your hostname, application content, process lists, or server credentials. License keys, agent tokens, and webhook secrets must not be included in logs.

Why we use it

We use purchase references to fulfil your contract, maintain access rights, and support your purchase. We use quote details to respond to your request and take steps toward an agreed service. We process essential security logs for the legitimate interest of protecting the service. Telemetry starts only through your explicit opt-in and can be disabled from the CLI.

Providers and sharing

Polar processes software purchases as Merchant of Record and operates under its own privacy terms. Juuli handles separately agreed professional-service invoices. Tally receives service enquiry forms. Our hosting and email providers process the data needed to run the service. A business VAT identifier may be checked using the European Commission's VIES service.

Service notifications may be delivered to the operator through Telegram. Do not submit passwords, SSH keys, identity documents, or other secrets through a quote form. Provider access and any international transfers must be covered by the agreements applicable to the live service.

Retention

Application telemetry samples are retained for up to 30 days. Unconverted service enquiries are retained for up to 90 days. Technical logs are size-limited and rotated; their retention depends on traffic and the hosting configuration. Purchase and billing references may need longer retention for contract, accounting, and legal obligations; those records are restricted to their necessary purpose. Encrypted backups expire according to the documented backup rotation.

Cookies and external checkout

This website does not add advertising analytics or tracking cookies. Opening the Polar checkout or a Tally form loads that provider's interface, which may use storage or cookies necessary for its service. Fonts are served from this website.

Your choices and rights

Use deploykit telemetry disable to revoke an agent and stop future samples. Contact the operator to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object where applicable. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country. Some records must be retained where a legal obligation applies.
